In a bowl pour the chickpea flour, add water and stir with a whisk.
Add the olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix again. Let stand a few minutes.
Grease with oil a baking pan with low sides and pour the mixture slowly into a pan (better if it is made of copper), up to a thickness of about 0,39 inch.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C° / 392 F° for about 20 minutes.
Cooking is complete when the surface is golden. Cut into squares and serve still warm.
