The delicious Chickpea flatbread

Ingredients

  • 10,14 fl oz water
  • 5,29 oz chickpea flour
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • q.s. sea salt
  • q.s. black pepper grinded

Instructions

  • In a bowl pour the chickpea flour, add water and stir with a whisk.
  • Add the olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix again. Let stand a few minutes.
  • Grease with oil a baking pan with low sides and pour the mixture slowly into a pan (better if it is made of copper), up to a thickness of about 0,39 inch.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C° / 392 F° for about 20 minutes.
  • Cooking is complete when the surface is golden. Cut into squares and serve still warm.
  • If you like, serve it with marinated aubergines.
